A very important exhibition was completed and INOMAK Refrigerators was present!
At the heart of our presence were the new arrivals of our products for 2024, designed to enhance the professional experience in the Foodservice and Hospitality sectors!
These were:
- Dry Age Cabinet for Dry Aging Meat! Specifically designed to create the right conditions to support the dry aging process, resulting in that distinctive texture and flavor of aged meat!
- We also held a Dry Age Event, where we had the pleasure of hosting Chef Xenophon Karydas, who presented the DRY AGE process, the use of Dry Age refrigerators and the benefits for both consumers and clients considering such a product for their business. He also demonstrated the cutting of aged meat!
- New Saladette Model ZPFP, featuring an open-front square display and slots for a range of GN 1/3 trays, allowing you to have your preparation space right in front of you!
- Chef’s Bases Refrigerated Counter in a new size, 134 cm!
- Freezer Counter with Energy Class C, for energy saving and even greater functionality in your kitchen!
Additionally, we introduced new Guides for all counters and Soft Close guides, the new recording thermostat available with Wi-Fi upon request, the new option for drawers for Clover / Slim counters and shelves for counters and the new Led Light system for Cabinets with stainless steel doors.
Furthermore, there is greater customization in color options, as the choice is now available for Bain Maries (in black color) and Neutral Products (Ral Palette).
