Icep Hotel School is a top pastry&culinary school, founded in 2012 and is part of the international group IcepWorld. At national level we have 3 centers in Bucharest, Cluj and Iasi, and worldwide presence in UK, USA, France, Germany, Spain and Turkey.
Our main objectives are represented by organization and delivery of international masterclasses with world-renowned Pastry Chefs (Antonio Bachour, Amaury Guichon, Nina Tarasova, Ksenia Penkina, Dinara Kasko and many more to come) and qualification and specialization courses in the pastry & culinary field (entry-level, mid-range&executive level). We are also open in establishing strategic partnerships with business enterprises and hospitality associations to further develop the standards and vision of our school.
The Bucharest Center boasts a superb 210 sqm culinary&pastry studio, that stands out through its interesting mélange of professional equipment and friendly, pleasant ambient. The studio is dedicated to masterclasses, short&long term courses, pastry & cooking classes, private events, wine tastings or team buildings, where top Chefs and quality ingredients meet to create an experience of senses and tastes.
